Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Time

 Our order processing time is normally within 48 hours.

Order processing time depends on product “Availability”. We maintain stock of most of our regular items, however it is difficult to keep all models of the products in stock. If the product is is available in stock it will be shipped within 48 hours. However, if the product is not readily available, we have to make it up. Depending on the item and embroidery design, it will take additional time to make them before they are shipped out. Credit cards are not automatically charged but a Pre-approval will show. A La Lame, Inc. accounts representative may contact you via telephone for verification. You may contact us any time during regular business hours EST. 

 Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time

 We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:

  • S. Postal Service (First Class, Priority, Priority Express 2 – 5 Business Days & First Class International, Priority International &Priority Express International      2 – 15 Business Days.
  • FedEx (Usually 2-5 Business Days)
  • UPS (Usually 2-5 Business Days)

 Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping Charges are calculated on the website automatically upon checkout based on the dollar value of your products you are purchasing, and the delivery location. The shipping charges displayed on the checkout pages are the actual charges the shipping carrier charges us. We do not “profit” from shipping.

International Shipping Charges are not exactly correctly available on the website. This is due to shipping locations, vat and duty. We will have to manually estimate these charges for you and add additional charges due. Your charges are all directly determined by the carrier. We do not “profit” from shipping.                                                  

Back Orders

If a product goes on back order we will ship you part of your order that is in stock. When the product becomes available we will ship you the balance of your order. You will not be charges additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.


Order Cancelation, Returns, Refunds Policy 

Order Cancelation

You can cancel or modify the orderany time before the order is shipped. Please contact us via email with clear reasons to modify or caracal order.

Please note that Custom Orders cannot be cancelled and Order cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.


Your items must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Yard goods such as Fabrics, Gallons and Trims that have been cut to your order size will a 15% restocking charge. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order and request return instructions.                   


All yard good items are subject to a 15% restocking charge and will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund original shipping charges that you paid while placing the order.
